Scholarship Foundation Featured on KOCT’s “Oceanside Spectrum”

The Don Diego Scholarship Foundation is featured as the first segment on KOCT’s February 2016 “Oceanside Spectrum.” The show will air throughout February. On the show, Chana Mannen, who began working for the San Diego County Fair in 1970 and who has been Executive Director of the Don Diego Scholarship Foundation since its establishment in 1986, highlights the Foundation’s rich, 30-year history. . .
