    How you can donate to the Support the Exhibitors JLA Fund.
    • Your donation supports the 4H/FFA/Grange exhibitors who are participating in the Jr. Livestock Auction at the Fair. The Don Diego Scholarship Foundation wants to make sure all exhibitors receive a fair price for their livestock animals and will use these donations to buy the animals and then donate them back to the JLA Donation Sale. All Donation Sale proceeds go directly to Jr. Livestock Auction scholarships.
    • When you purchase milk from the Hollandia Dairy Milk booth, your purchase also supports the exhibitors.
    • The 2025 Jr. Livestock Auction will take place during the 2025 San Diego County Fair in the Del Mar Arena

    We offer three levels of sponsorship opportunities ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Sponsors receive hoedown tickets, special recognition and the gratification of knowing they are helping deserving students pursue their college and career goals.
    • $5,000 Gold Sponsor: Includes 8 Tickets to the Hoedown, Free Valet Parking
    • $2,500 Silver Sponsor: Includes 4 Tickets to the Hoedown, Free Valet Parking
    • $1,000 Bronze Sponsor: Includes 2 Tickets to the Hoedown, Free Valet Parking

Mission

The Don Diego Scholarship Foundation promotes education in a fair and fiscally sound manner by providing scholarships to deserving San Diego area graduating high school seniors and graduates who are associated with activities at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, including the San Diego County Fair. The Don Diego Scholarship Foundation also provides grants for agricultural education.
